Solved Computer won't turn on?

When I turned it on in the morning. It booted normally and then it got a blue screen and then I turned it off and it wouldn't turn on anymore. The mouse and keyboard and monitor won't turn on. The only thing that works is the CD drive it opens and closes. Where the power button is I kept pressing it and the light won't turn on anymore now I don't know whether it's on or off.The error that I got was 000000000*15?

Try to disconnect everything from your computer apart from the mouse KB and monitor remove the power cable then press the ON button for 30 seconds or so to discharge whatever power might still be in the system and let it sit for 10 - 15 minutes then reconnect the power cable but not anything else you disconnected and see if it boots. If that doesn't work there are other things to try but try this first. Also it's always helpful if you complete the details of your system in your System Specs section of your profile
