When I install driver there will be no sound and when I uninstall it there will be sound.

Here I am attaching my computer specifications.

Thank You.

Are you sure the Conexant is the correct driver? Lenovo does not state what sound module is in this model, however it appears it was delivered with Windows 8.

When you install the driver, is the Conexant (if that is correct) being set as the default sound playback device?

A complete reinstall sounds like is in order.
