Confused about typical Updates & if they turn win7 into win10?

I'm considering getting all the few hundred updates since there is no SP2 for a first time Win7 ultimate install & with SP1. As I understand these are recommended before going online on the internet. But will these give me windows 10 or anything like that?

Actually there is a unofficial sp2

But mostly one would exclude the win-10 related updates
Most are Recommended updates which you'd want to first sort them properly and Focus on installing the Important ones first.
