I'll report back in when I get the laptop working, it's not even connecting with the physical line, so I know it isn't going to work with the router right now, but when I get it fixed, Ill let you know.

Your laptop might have the MAC address problem we have been seeing lately.

1. Control Panel->device Manage->Network Adapter->Adv.->Network Address, put some values in the text box.

Well, I broke down and just upgraded routers and this fixed everything. Thanks for all the help guys.

Well at least our conclusion about it being a router problem was correct although that firmware I posted a link too should have worked for you. I'm not sure why it wouldn't because it's already worked twice in the last week for people with your exact model of router. At any rate I'm glad you have the problem fixed.
