Constant Boot Issues and BSOD on Windows 7 launch

I'm experiencing constant boot problems about 70% of the time, and Win 7 launches are dicey. Sometimes the computer freezes while showing the Desktop. If all drivers eventually load successfully, then the computer runs fine after that. The problem is just in getting it up and running initially.

Note that I have turned off MS .NET Framework on someone's suggestion, but I continue to experience difficulty booting my computer successful. I have run Dell hardware tests and these have all been A-OK. I'm attaching the results from running the Seven Forums diagnostic tool (including minidump) from crash.

I'm really at a loss at what to do at this point, and could really use some help.

I don't think it's a good idea to turn off .NET Frameworks since lot of programs are using it. Seems like there might be multiple reasons

First remove Norton Internet Security and use the Cleanup Tool to remove the left over files. Then update the Intel Storage Matrix driver as well i.e. iaStor.sys. Also you may need to rebuild your bootloader files. Follow this article (even if the error is not relevant)

I think I've found the appropriate Intel Matrix driver but when I try to update the driver I just get a message saying that I already have the latest driver. How can I override this successfully and install (safely) over the existing drivers?

You have to remove them then install it.

OK, I've finally figured out how to uninstall and then reinstall (this part not self-evident at all). So, we'll see how things go over the next couple of days. Thanks very much for the help! I do appreciate it.

Crashing Continues

I made the suggested changes yesterday. But sadly, this morning I received a BSOD right after the Windows logon screen came up. After automatic restart, the computer hung in pre-boot, so I restarted it manually and then it crashed one more time trying to get to the logon screen.

I'm attaching the latest Seven Forums info - I'll need someone to read the crash dump report for me and try to figure out what the heck is going on. Thanks for the help.
