Constant BSOD after previous problems

Heres the .csv
I didnt run it for too long, I was going to start a game so that you could see the temperatures maybe spike if thats the problem but then realised you have to stop the logging for it to create the document.. I didnt experience any BSOD's whilst it was running.

You shouldn't need to stop the logging for it to create the document. When I run it, it creates the document in realtime.

Temperatures look good for that set. See what happens if you Blue Screen.

Here you go, it was pretty sudden on start up, like literally as soon as the game started loading it just cut out.

Just trying all the RAM sticks in different slots, I have 3 possible slots (1 obstructed by the CPU fan) and i've so far tried 2 of the slots, each time with just the 1 stick in the 1 slot and its cut out every single time.

I've just thought, my brother has a PC in the same house, I could try his CPU in my PC and see if the problem persists? I've checked and its compatible..

Temperatures are within tolerances for all components... Don't see anything obvious in the log that would point toward the issue. Recommend memory module swapping or processor setting changes next. If you do not want to do memtest until a later date, that is fine. Just test the memory through gaming and see if any configurations provide stability.

If it isn't too much hassle to you or your brother, you could try it. It may be a problem with your CPU or your motherboard.

Just finished trying all possible RAM in all possible slots, same result each time.
I'm now gonna try changing processor settings and RAM settings but a little lost on what to actually change.
RAM is currently at the minimum ratio (1:2 running at 960 MHz) and the processor running at x11, 2640 MHz.
Theres loads of options such as AMD Cool N Quiet, CPU-NB ratio, EC Firmware, advanced clock calibration, auto overclock technology and multistep OC booster which I have no clue about and this is only the processor. What sort of things should I be changing? Just stick to lowering the CPU ratio for the processor and FSB/DRAM ratio for the RAM?

These are the possible options for the RAM, i've already listed the options for the CPU above. They're all in the ADVANCE DRAM CONFIGURATION menu.
DRAM timing mode
DRAM drive strength
DRAM advance control
1T/2T memory timing
DCT Unganged mode
bank interleaving
power down enable
MemClk Tristate CD/ATLVID

Try to find a forum for your motherboard, memory, and/or CPU and see what others have recommended. It really varies depending on what your hardware is capable of.

That is pretty common after blue screen errors. System crashes can cause the system to shut down unexpectedly and data being written to the hard disk becomes corrupted.

Yep, pretty sure its the processor, just ran the game for a good 15 minutes and before it was 2 minutes max.
Thanks for your help though man.
Wish it turned out to just be a stick of RAM that was faulty though.. :p

No problem. Sorry it was the processor causing the issue; that's usually pretty rare. Is the processor still under warranty?

Check your motherboard manual. BIOS information would be in there.

It is in the Cell Menu. You would need to find a way to make the voltage manual instead of auto to adjust the voltages supplied to the CPU. Is your PSU rated to handle that CPU?

Some important info provided in your manual: "Spread Spectrum
When the motherboard’s clock generator pulses, the extreme values (spikes) of
the pulses create EMI (Electromagnetic Interference). The Spread Spectrum function
reduces the EMI generated by modulating the pulses so that the spikes of
the pulses are reduced to flatter curves. If you do not have any EMI problem,
leave the setting at Disabled for optimal system stability and performance. But if
you are plagued by EMI, set to Enabled for EMI reduction. Remember to disable
Spread Spectrum if you are overclocking because even a slight jitter can introduce
a temporary boost in clock speed which may just cause your overclocked processor to lock up.

Important:
If you do not have any EMI problem, leave the setting at [Disabled] for optimal
system stability and performance. But if you are plagued by EMI, select the
value of Spread Spectrum for EMI reduction.
The greater the Spread Spectrum value is, the greater the EMI is reduced, and
the system will become less stable. For the most suitable Spread Spectrum
value, please consult your local EMI regulation.
Remember to disable Spread Spectrum if you are overclocking because even a
slight jitter can introduce a temporary boost in clock speed which may just cause
your overclocked processor to lock up" (Manual for 770-C45).
