Hi guys, i have a new pc that came without OS, so i've installed windows 7 (first a 64bits version, now i'm in a 32bit version) the thing is that since the first boot i have constants BSOD (0x00000124) and i dont know what to do. now i'm in safe mode and so far the pc works quit fine, but in normal mode is unusable, i've update all drivers and bios, i've changed windows (7, 8, 8.1 and 10) and i always have the same problom.
Hope someone can help me. Thanks in advance. Pablo

Hello and welcome Alberto now first up mate what installation media are you using as you mention you have tried 7 8 8.1 and 10?? The systeminfo is showing up the version you have installed does not have Service Pack 1 (SP1).

My other query is why a 32bit version instead of 64bit any reason??

0x124's are typically related to a hardware issue and can only be isolated by stress testing the major components.

If overclocking, reset all overclocks back to their default settings and then follow these:

Hi, thanks for replying, i use a usb stick to install windows, now i'm on a 32bit version just to see if anything changes, previusly i was on a 64bit version, i've tryed all recent versions of windows with no luck. can't get sp1 because the sistem crashes during installation. i've runned memtest86+ for 15+hs (10 passes) with no errors. i'll run the other tests.

Since the system isn't overclocked, the issue may lie with inadequate cooling. Blow out all the vents with compressed air, then try the Standard test again.

Also check to see that all the motherboard and other device drivers are up to date.

Alberto do that like I do and that is shine a very bright light into the fan intake and look into the air outlet point where the cooling radiator is - you should see most of the light coming through. If not then you need to blow out the crud from the outside inwards and/or use chinelle sticks to gently poke the crud out of the radiator fins.
When you blow the muck out of the air intake make sure you stop the fan from spinning by using a cable tie or similar because the air blast may spin the fan faster than designed to do and wreck the bearing.

Hi guys, the fan and the radiator seems to be ok, although the fan only activates itself when the computer crashes, almost all the isn't active. where could i find the Security Processor Loader Driver? the computer has a Pentium n3540 and 2 graphics cards (intel hd + nvidia 810m) i've disabled the nvidia because when it is enabled the computer seems to crash more frequently, is it possible that the 2 graphics card are in conflict?.

Hmm the fan coming on during a crash does sound like a heat problem as Golden has hinted at already. So can you please run Speccy https://www.piriform.com/speccy and post back the temps if you cannot get it to run long enough have a look in the BIOS.

Mate can you also run this too please

and these might be worth a try too
