Constant BSOD , IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL and PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA

Hi guy,
i was constantly getting BSOD with my HP envy m61162la with windows 8

so i decided formatting the laptop and installing windows 7 ultimate hoping it will get rid of any bsod

but no, i am still getting irql_not_less_or equal after and page faut 2 ,3 hours of use specially while playing

games, i think is something about the memory of the computer
