Those updated drivers don't always work right, it only installs the most recent available but not always will it work. Sometimes the older Vista or XP drivers will work better than the ones that Windows 7 installs.
I also noticed there is an Atheros driver showing instead of the Realtek one. Maybe you have an Atheros adaptor you can use on your board. Seems that there is two different chip set used on this board maybe or two different LAN adaptors.
There is also a bios update for your board that mentions Windows 7 which might help.
