Today my teenage son downloaded a keygen, when he ran it the PC crashed and now it just loops around by loading windows 7 getting so far and give a blue screen, then reboots and starts again.

Each time it rotates around the system_service_exception error, then the IRQ .... something error etc etc.

I've tried rebooting in safe mode and it still does the same.

I've even downloaded the Windows 7 64bit recovery file and followed the instructions but that doesn’t seem to work.

Every time I try a way of getting to the command prompt to try and run scandsk I can't get there.

I'm trying to fix this via my machine which is XP, we don't have any disks for Windows 7 either.

Can anyone help please?
