Could not read faulting driver name
Probably caused by : ntkrnlmp.exe ( nt!PoIdle+194 )

Code:
Usual causes: Defective hardware (particularly memory - but not just RAM), Faulty system service, Antivirus, Device driver, NTFS corruption, BIOS

It seems that an invalid memory address was referenced, and the virtual address was unable to converted into a physical address.

The WHQL graphics driver should be okay, since it has been tested by Microsoft for stability:

WHQL
Release Date: January 17th 2013
Version: 13.1
In Device Manager: 9.012
Run Memtest86+ for least 7-8 passes, and preferably overnight as it can take a while to fully complete.

Test each RAM stick individually, if an error is found then move the same RAM stick into the next DIMM slot and test again, if errors are found for the same RAM stick in every available slot then you have a faulty RAM module. On the other hand, if no errors are found in the next slot or the other slots for the same RAM module, then you have a faulty DIMM slot.

Test each RAM stick and every motherboard DIMM slot available.

test|Slot1|Slot2
RAM1| Error | Error
RAM2|Good|Good
It is a RAM, a bad RAM.

But if you have got a result like that:
test|Slot1|Slot2
RAM1| Error |Good
RAM2| Error |Good
It is a motherboard issue. The particular slot is bad.

I've run memtest before on both sticks of ram, one turned out to have lots of errors so I've sent it off to crucial for a replacement the other stick has been fine. And as for the drivers, those are the ones I've installed, so I'm not sure what's going on

The graphics driver you had installed on the crashes uploaded was the 2012 driver, and have you tried your hard-drive manufacturer's tests to check for any remaining errors?

Update your System Specifications with Speccy, and then copy this information into your System Specifications: Go to your UserCP, and then select Edit System Spec in the left pane. Copy the information from Speccy into the required fields. These System Specifications will then follow your every post.

Okay, I've updated my system specs, tell me if anything is missing. I'll also try those 13.1 drivers again.

You may want to install the programs suggested again: MSE, Malwarebytes (free version) and SuperAntiSpyware (free version).

Could you enter your BIOS, and then post the voltages of 3.3V, 5V and 12V readings. What is the wattage of your PSU?

Right, I'll install one of those free AV programs in a bit. My power supply is 500w I believe. On the side of it, it says Arctic Cooling AX-500F, so I'm assuming that the 500 stands for 500w. Anyway, as for readings, I checked in the bios, I could only find readings for 12v and 5v, the 12v was around 11.905 to 11.980~ and 5v was at 5.060

The voltages look fine, I'll do a search for the documentation for your PSU to double check.

I ran another test of TDSS Killer with all of the options in the scan parameters option enabled and it found these:

Are they anything bad?

Okay, I've removed those rootkits successfully and also ran a scan with sfc /scannow which said it found no problems. However, I have a feeling that the cause of the bluescreens may be one of my other hard drives since yesterday I found out that my 2nd drive wasn't connected at all and I didn't bluescreen. So I'm going to run my system without the 2nd drive for a while and see if I bluescreen.

Okay that's good to know, and you did have hard-drive problems. Have you tried changing the SATA cables too?

I'm not using a sata drive as my main drive. My main one is an old IDE drive but it seems to be fine at the moment. I've also been meaning to upgrade to a 2tb Sata drive anyways.

Thanks for all of your help, I think I can safely say that my bluescreens have been solved
If anyone else comes across this, my solution was removing a failing/corrupted hard drive and removing rootkits.
