I built a computer around November and it hasn't ever been running perfectly since. I installed a legitimate version of Windows 7 64 bit. I've been using WhoCrashed to figure out what happened but it's not completely clear on the causes. There used to be occasional overheats that I've fixed and recently it's just been driver crashes. Hopefully someone can help me figure this out.

Code:
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (a)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.
If a kernel debugger is available get the stack backtrace.
Arguments:
Arg1: fffff6ffffffdf80, memory referenced
Arg2: 0000000000000000, IRQL
Arg3: 0000000000000000, bitfield :
    bit 0 : value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation
bit 3 : value 0 = not an execute operation, 1 = execute operation (only on chips which support this level of status)
Arg4: fffff800030e44be, address which referenced memory

Seeing a lot of memory corruption errors.
We'll have a look at drivers in a bit here, but first let's scan the memory with memtest 86
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/105647-ram-test-memtest86.html <--- instructions.

This is best done overnight, letting it make 6-8 passes

OK thanks for the help. I will let it run tonight and get back to you tomorrow morning

I ran the tests with both RAM pieces in and it came up with a few errors. I didn't have time to test them individually yet but I will do so within the next few nights since I am extremely busy during the day. Is there any way to take a look at the drivers in the meantime?

If you came up with memory errors, there's not much point in messing with the other stuff while the ram is questionable. The crashes would more than likely continue no matter what we did in the driver department.
