When a user receives an email with a document link – it does a download and opens the download folder. Its supposed to just open the document. Everytime to open the document; it first download it to temp folder. Is it possible to open the document without downloading it in the temp folder.

If you're given only a link, there is obviously no way around downloading it first. To begin with, you don't have the document data itself with you, programs cannot open something they can't access, so you first download the file, then give it to the proper program.

The "solution" to this is to use attachments instead of links. There, the document itself goes with the mail, and as soon as you download it the document comes along, becoming immediately available to all programs.
