cooling pad for my laptop?

hello i have a dell studio 14" laptop that i use for gaming and such. im planning on getting a new graphics card, and overclocking, so i will need a little more cooling. i have a cooling pad now, but its 2 small fans that actually dont do much because the fans are only pointed on the case, not on the cpu air intake or any of the other 4 intakes. so i was looking into these two ones. which ones do u think is better?

i know there all usb powered, but i overvolt them slightly because i can lol and it makes them spin faster. but the 5 fan one is the one where all 5 of my intakes are located. idk if there exact, but yea. the one with the giant one got better reviews and such.....

Cooling pads sound nice, but the ones I own did not really do much. I solved the heat problem by switching the HDDs for SSDs. That made a real difference.

I don't know whether laptops are so good for OCing. The whole cooling infrastructure is very limited. For Umps, I would go with a desktop.

I think you will find the Dell BIOS is locked down, and you won't have the ability to overclock. Overheating is a major issue as it is, and overclocking would not be advised in general. A Guy
