Copmuter makes buzzing noises (not from unit)

Hello i have recently having theese issues:My computer makes a buzzing noise and freezes for 2-3 seconds.I realy dont have any idea of why it would happen and i am very opened to advises and if needed ill put my hardwere set up on the post but dont think there will be needed as i think is softwere related as it happened after i done a C disk cleanup.

Does the "buzzing" noise come from Speakers or from the PC case?

Sounds like some hardware troubles when you have freezing and Buzzing something is going bad

what are you doing when this happens browsing or gaming ?
