Copy Paste Numbers only 123.45-67.8 >>> 12345678

Hello in my job I often have to copy partnumbers consisting of numbers and special characters into other applications (mainly in Internet Explorer) that accept numbers only. Currently I am using StrgC and StrgV and then manually delete any "non numbers" like "-" or ".". This is very annoying and time consuming. Does anyone have a better idea? Hopeful Stjarna

When you say

I presume you mean Ctrl+c or +v?
What programs are you pasting the info to? You say mainly Internet Explorer but do you mean possibly a spreadsheet or Database?

I found it when I read this site: https://forum.jquery.com/topic/block-special-charactes-on-paste-event You might find more here: strip special characters when pasting I figured it would involve some scripting which I don't know very well, hope it helps.
