Corrupted and Missing files in HDD (Solved)

So.... Windows decides to tell me that my files can't be opened because they are corrupted so I have to run CHKDSK.... then more files become corrupted so I have to run CHKDSK again....... then whenever I boot up CHKDSK runs.... now the problem becomes I can't even access the drive.... so I take apart my PC and run the hdd off a sata-usb connector and managed to open up the drive in safe mode.... The only problem is that some of my files are missing and some are corrupted, so basically I'm moving files over to another drive, anyway to recover the lost files?

Also, Win7 is installed on a separate ssd...
(1 80gb ssd, 1 1tb hdd, 2 320gb hhd)
The 1tb hdd is the one that is corrupted... zzzz....

They are all NTFS

Edit:
When I'm copying, I end up with this error...
"Can't read from the source file or disk."

I'll try booting up again, maybe it'll run...

The thought just occurred to me that the hitachi test won't work since I'm running the bad disc off a sata-usb adapter right now.... also explains why it wasn't detected in the scans

Btw, seagate disc wizard won't run, I don't have a seagate drive...

ShadePopping,
And is there any reason why you can not disconnect, just temporarily, one of your sata drives that does work, and connect the WD instead?

This would enable you to test the disk.

The only reason I had to disconnect the disk in the first place was because CHKDSK kept running and then whenever the disk was accessed by anything, explorer would lock up along with any programs that was using it.... which is why I'm running it off a usb now

The bad sectors strike back, even after a full format, and it also hit the new partition I created... yay.
