Solved Corrupted Files

I'm using a recovery program to recover deleted files, as I lost many of my camera photos which I really need. Once I recovered the files, they were corrupt. Is there any way to fix them?

I have never used this PixRecovery - OfficeRecovery.com ,but they have free demo....I would make duplicate copies first....just in case it only recovers half the picture.....
