Corsair 120gb ssd slow after format ?

hey i did about 3 format since i bought my ssd. and its getting slower and slower for everytime i format it, i have format it about 2 times not more. and its about 100-200 write speed on it, before it was about 200-300. but its not fast as i expected here comes my bios settings if i have anything wrong there

change it AHCI. native ide wont use trim I think (or ncq either).

your bios looks a bit confusing but it looks like it has 2 controllers set on that menu and the main controller is not AHCI only the second one is.

Also see if corsair have an app that allows a manual TRIM run.

Onboard sata is set to ide. Can it be set to AHCI. The second one down.

I can't do that my pc will boot up and have very much error codes :/

Besides re-installing, Bear's solution should work for you.
Your board has the Gigabyte controller (SATA II, white) and the AMD controller (SATA III, blue).
If your SSD is an SATA III drive, you want it hooked to the blue connectors.
You currently have AHCI enabled on the SATA II controller.

Okay i should try that. is it a risk that my pc gonna crash if somthing went wrong ?

Oo i changed wrong thing to the value 0 nothing seems to have happend. hope i didnt destroy my pc now
