My corsair H60's pump has recently started to buzz (its about 3 years old), but if you touch it, it stops, its almost like the case is vibrating. I remember this was a known issue when they first came out, but cant remember if it was a cause for concern back then.
Temps are still fine, im getting min of 21c and max of 48c under torture testing, recovery time is still less than 10 seconds, so im guessing its not a lack of coolant/dying pump.
It might be a case of ive only just noticed it since moving to my corsair air 540 case which is silent, as my nzxt phantom was so loud you couldnt hear anything other than fans...
