CPU 100% Because of PreLauncher? Help!

I was trying to load an app on my PC and I think I clicked on something that made half my apps and software programs run on Prelauncher. EXE is another clue which indicates what all my apps are described when I right click then Properties tab. Now my PC is on 100%. OH yeah, I cant restore either.

When I checked my CPU and processes on Task Manager, I noticed a bunch of my apps and proceeses where being contrloled by "PeLauncher" IT was under Image name. Also I moticed the ther icons and?or thumbnails of a bunch of apps was substitutes wth EXE> picture

Dont know why your using that program, W7 has its own speed up start feature - the Prefetch file

You can also change the start-up of services during boot via System Config, or set them to either
Automatic/Automatic-delayed/manual or disabled via Admin tools - local services

Have a look at BlackVipers site for service settings.
