Hi, my CPU usage always stays at 100% while I browse the web, I've ended all of the useless processes such as
PowerISO, Canon my printer, One Note etc....

Any advice will be appreciated :)

Try using Task Manager, hold down alt+control and press delete. select task manager, click the processes tab and press the CPU tab. Maybe it will tell you what is using your CPU.

You have 87 processes running, and that's a lot.

Can you post a screen print showing the Processes, ordered by CPU descending.
Make sure you have "Show processes from all users" checked.
Here is a screen print showing this.

One of your svchost.exe processes is using 49% CPU.
I use Process Explorer so I can hover the mouse over a task like this, and see what it is running.

Here is an example of one of my svchost.exe processes showing this.
PESP01.png

Your CPU is at 55% in your screen prints.
If it does go back up to 100% when you close Task Manager, it sounds like you do have that Trojan.

You have a lot of factory bloatware.

You can try a Clean Startup and see if you still have the issue.
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorial...ation-conflicts-performing-clean-startup.html

You should also consider cleaning up the bloatware.
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/219576-clean-up-factory-bloatware.html

Even better is a Clean Re-Install, without any factory bloatware.
