Crash after resuming from sleep and possible memory leak

Yesterday (2/20) my new PC crashed while waking up from sleep mode. I've only just built it. Earlier that day, I had what I think was a memory leak with nvstreamsvc.exe. It was using up all 16gb of my RAM. I don't know if this could be related. I disabled that service hours before the crashed occurred. I've only gotten the BSOD once. I've attached the requested files, and I hope someone can help me. Thanks

So it could be any of those things..can you tell specifically which one is the problem? Also, what is mirror.sys? Thank you

Mirror.sys is a part of the vpn cliant. What is mirror.sys from Citrix Systems, Inc.? (id:20890226)
