Creating a bootable win7 disk without iso with other OS

Yes, i do! But...
1) I run linux so i can't follow that tutorial.
2) I did tried it on linux but found out that my usb doesn't suport ntfs format.
3) I formated it as fat32 + flagged it as boot + copied the files there + set the bios to boot from usb = no result, the problem still remained. It didn't saw it as a valid boot disk.

Alex and I tried to upload the file to him via Skype, but we should've known better. Didn't work. It is a long story (3.0GB over 30kB/s long). I am waiting for Alex to contact me back. Offer to (conventionally) mail it still stands (he could be getting them in a couple of days had I mailed on Saturday).
I also suggest Alex takes a good look at the other suggestions and material given to him in this thread. He could probably solve his problem, and it would be a learning process too.

Hey wallyinnc! Sorry i didn't contacted you after the connection dropped! I had some problems getting my pc to run well (a cooler problem). But after that i tried other sources that you have purposed and now i'm writing from Windows 7 ! I do appreciate your help, like i said many times. Yet sorry that i have forgotten to enter skype and to tell you that (my shame).

What exactly did you do to resolve the issue?

He got a hold of a 7100 iso image, burned it and installed it. He didn't have any "problem" except for the lack of the program itself.

The whole problem was making an archive that is a .iso but utf bootable, out of the files that i had from an original unzipped win7 .iso .
I gave up trying to make a new bootable image so searched for other sources from where i could just get the _original_ (checksum corresponds) .iso again.
