creative sound blaster 5.1 vx

hei guys i just bought this sound card creative sound blaster 5.1 vx and bought a creative inspire 5.1 system
now i have a windows 7 opertaing system and the sound card was not running so i went to the creative site and downloaded drivers from there and then installed them its installed and working but when i conect the sound system i gte sound only inone speaker other 4 are not working i cannot access the creative softwares any of them as it says the audio device supported by this application is not detected.the application will exit

i dunno what to do plz guys can anyone tell me what to do??

Might be worth giving this modded driver and aaplication package a try,

Also make sure you have all the connections in the right jacks; front (green), rear (black) and center/sub (orange).

i downloaded what you said but now the problem is sounds come from only 1 speaker out of 5 what should i do now?

Download, extract and run CPUID - System & hardware benchmark, monitoring, reporting
It will tell what mobo model is!

How many connectors, one for each speaker or two speakers for?!

Turn off your creative inspire m5300 5.1. Connect as follows:
right speaker connector on the left output and vice versa.
