Hi ThatOneGuy97.

A stop 0xF4 is usually storage related.

Test TOSHIBA DT01ACA100 1TB HDD using Seatools.

Get rid of this one:

  • ASUS BOT Storage Driver: c:\windows\system32\drivers\asusstpt.sys
I'd recommend you to http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/219576-clean-up-factory-bloatware.html, with a special reference to Point #13
13. Consider a Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 which is often better than getting a new computer considering how pre-installed bloatware can corrupt Windows 7 even if it's completely cleaned up.
Open the computer. Make it sure that SATA and power cables are placed properly. Re-seat them to be sure. Also, if possible, change the SATA cable and apply it to an unused port on the motherboard.

Let us know the results.

Same problem.

Did you follow Arc's recommendations? You didn't provide any feedback on that, so it appears you didn't do any of that.

Follow suggestions in post #2

No I wasn't able to even do any of that. I was never able to even load past the windows screen. I reformatted and started over with a new installation of windows. The only changes made so far was removing the old RAM sticks and replacing them. (waiting on new replaces to be shipped)

correction: I did use SeaTools and checked the HDD. No errors were found.
