and after close and open again

my crysis very2 lag

Your cpu is bottle-necking you. With a dual core you should lower the game settings to medium. I would try to upgrade to a quad core cpu.

Did you progress in the story line a bit? The opening level is very taxing.

if you are using TXAA - don't. Otherwise lower other details to medium etc.

The game itself doesn't suddenly lag without a reason. The actual level you are on can have a negative impact. ie Larger open areas with rain effects etc.
