Crysis Lagging at check points

I have a ATI 5770 GPU and it flickers and lags sometimes while playing this is not ment to happen and is annoying is there a fix?

It could be the drivers for W7 dont like the game. Its bound to happen in some games. If its just check points, I'd try to bare it, or decrease your settings to medium or lower when you come into contact with these areas.
