I have a CSR bluetooth dongle. It initially worked but has stopped recently. It connects to a Nokia E71 phone.
In my Device Manager there is an entry "CSR Bluetooth Radio" under "Bluetooth radios", and under "Other devices" there are four entries titled "Bluetooth Peripheral Device". Presumably there is no suitable driver.
I applied the update "CSR plc - Audio - Bluetooth Remote Control Device" on the 19.1.10. Maybe this is the source of the problem???
I tried inserting another bluetooth device but have had exactly the same problem with it.
I've managed to connect to my phone with Ubuntu Linux on the same hardware - connected to the same phone.
I've tried setting the phone up as a new bluetooth device with the same result. I've also tried uninstalling all of the bluetooth drivers and reinstalling them - no joy.
