Custom Boot For Windows 7 Starter

helo, while playing around the netbook of my sister i was able to enable aero and theme customization in Windows 7 Starter like in this 1st photo:
and customize the whole system into like the 2nd photo. But my problem was i cant change the boot screen. I used this tool and it seems user friendly Windows 7 Boot Updater
and i want to transform it like in the 3rd photo.
but after uploading it doenst change this(4th photo) boot screen. Any suggestion? or any more accurate tool?

i was confused with this original boot screen i have in netbook, this is for vista boot animation right? it should be the glowing flags.
