Hey guys dont know if im postnig in the correct place. let me now if so.

Here I am consulting you, I'm planning on build a new pc for my little bro, he's 15 yrs old. Undecided on wheter to get an Intel or a AMD.

Im currently looking a this possible processors since are the one availables at my local store right now, and I dont wanna wait more since he needs it:

an Intel E2180 vs AMD X2 4800+

which one would you recommend?? My bro only use pc for internet browsing, chatting, office suite, listen to music...

also I would like to try win 7 on it :D

have been reading about the 2 but can decide:huh:

id say AMD for what he's using it for. more reliable IMO.

(newer)intels are good are good for gaming, but are quickly outdated. they make a new one every month, it seems. that and they are usually overpriced.

so yeah, id go with the AMD.
