Randomly crashes after booting,custom build,

good morning everybody !

I am desperate, but hopeful

I have got a custom build PC back from the repair service.
They couldn't fix my HD , so they just saved it, with an E label and they used another HD, just to restart the machine, naming C.

1. I have downloaded Avast free antivirus
2. I have downloaded Firefox.

3. I have downloaded (using an USB device with another notebook)) a driver from Realtek site, bcs Audio was missing at all !

I didn't use the PC further. did not surf the IT.
BCS at almost every restart, I got blue screen with several errors messages.
Sometimes, like now, I can keep it alive , while I am writing to you, but more often, it crashes, after the screen with W logo appears.

I am NOT an espert bu I can follow instructions, very diligently.
Please help me ,
The service shop has closed and are on holidays .

Hi LOST in W7,

your comp looks like its had problems since it was originally installed, 2011.

I suspect the install media was corrupt, possibly due to it being non Microsoft.

You state its a custom build but the product key in use is for a HP OEM factory built computer.
This can only be achieved using an activation exploit, your system is therefor non-genuine.

As this forum does not support piracy, you will need to purchase a genuine product
Until you do so no further help can be provided.
If the problems continue afterwards then we will gladly help you.

at this point I am quite disappointed so
let me understand, please:

In order to get everything all right and legal, what should I do ?

I mean , literally.

What should I buy ? New software or a new computer ?


What I know from my friend is that they assembled different pieces from 2 different computers , and that's what I got.

I am not an expert, again.

You'll need to buy a copy of Windows from Microsoft or official reseller.
