I don't know about Asus Web Storage and Boot Setting as I have never used either of them. If you have a Windows Live ID, you have space on OneDrive which is most likely as good as or better than Asus. What I would try is reinstalling your Graphics drivers, but follow this tutorial and install nothing except the Graphics Driver and the PhysX driver.
