You're welcome! :)

Although I didn't alter her skintone (not intentionally anyway! :p ), it must be the colour of my wallpaper that makes her appear that way on the pic or something.

Slide Show Clock Hybrid Gadget

OK here's a clock gadget with a difference.. I give you the 'half-clock-half-Slide Show' Gadget!

Titled "Slide Show Clock Hybrid", the idea around this gadget started out as a clock that anyone could easily customize and then I had the idea to build up upon the normal Slide Show gadget with a custom clock thus giving a forever changing clock if the user so desired. :p

I think it looks good with the transitions going on but let me know what you all think of it. :)

Does anyone know of a clock for me?

Hello there,

I see a lot of clocks here, and a lot of customizations, but I would like to know if someone could recommend (or make) one that meets my specific needs. First, I like the SF Digital Clock with the Black Background and Blue "LCD" display, wth Chrome "box". However, is my understanding correct that it does not have alarm capability? I need the following for my clock: :geek:

That it be aesthetically pleasing - not ugly, but doesn't need to have to have a lot of colors and customizations either, mostly just blue and black.
  • Has the ability to set alarms for both a specific time of the day, and for a countdown alarm. Perhaps at the most, one of each at the same time (alarm clock and countdown timer).
  • Easy to use and uses a small amount of system resources. Small screen space, so I can have it on top of my other applications without it getting in the way.
  • Option to always "keep on top" of other applications. If not always on top, comes immeiately to the top when alarm sounds.
  • I would like it to reside in the task tray on the task bar, so that I can access it quickly from the drop-down task tray icons and click or right-click to open it.
  • Last request (optional) that it have a human like computer voice which states as the alarm, "Your time has elapsed", or something similar.
As an idea, it could even be an LA Dodgers logo (LA) clock, in Black, Blue, White, Silver/Grey, or any combination thereof.

Thanks for any help you can give me with finding "my perfect clock".

~Antonio
