For the past several days my custom start orb that I use has been reverting to the default win7 orb with no input from me. If i pull up the srart orb changer it shows the custom orb but the default orb is displayed. Just curious on what might be causing this? I am using the win7 Start Orb Changer v4.

I would try changing back to default via the program, then apply your custom orb again. If you don't have a lot of modifications, you could run the System File Checker, then reapply the orb. You'd have to repatch your system for 3rd party themes if you use them, and reapply any modifications. A Guy

Hello everyone, wondering if someone could please help me out by creating a set of custom start menu images from the attached image?

Thanks in advance.

Thanks speedgamer01 :)

I really appreciate it, I am using it now, would love to have a larger image though because I can barely see the image.

I don't want to trouble you so you do not have to make it larger. If anyone else can make a larger start menu image for me, I would be super happy :D

You are limited for size for start orbs. You can't have much detail at such a small size. Nice job speedgamer01 ;)

I actually like orbs that hang off the taskbar (and I use the smaller taskbar, with the default setting the top of the image is getting chopped off).
Maybe this one fits better.

I love this thread and thanks to all who made the orbs. I would really like to see a yin and yang orb if anyone is up for it.
Thanks again to all the contributors

Here is 2 of my own. They are both offset so you can use classic shell and a thin taskbar. They won't get cut off at the bottom of the screen.

Hi. I think all of these are very cool (can you guess my age with the use of "cool"!! ;) ) so I decided to give it a try too. I remembered a Xara tutorial by Gary Priester over at XaraXone.com a few years ago & liked it so much I thought I'd use Gary's techniques for a Windows 10 version.
