the second one is missing somthing.

Both are the same and there is only one. The background color is just to show the glow.

i know there is only one. when i go on it and the second one apears its not so visable and when i click on it the 3th one is great. you know what i mean ?

I get it. Yes, the glow is a bit less on the mouse over state. Will add more glow to it and post another version

How can i use only one,for my start button ?
Now i have one which was modified,it's a bit smaller than the default one,because i have "use small icons" checked.

Can someone made these three. I've tried different methods but with no success. The lower part is visual all the time (in the second and third position) Only when I delete the Alpha Channel becomes good. But the problem is that it becomes also transperant. The initial idea was to stretch the 4 wings of the flag in second position and in third to be gathered, when the button is pushed. Its simple but interesting for me. If someone help me with this I'll be glad and the gift will be the unique idea for everyone
The exact order in orb position is as follows 1,2,3

Here 4 u.I made 2 diff ones 1st was resized and 2nd is the size u had it.If u want glow effect let me know.

Thanks svnlver, but it is not what I meant. My attempt is also the same as yours. As you can see in the background, in second position with stretched small flags there is a second picture from behind the stretched coloured flags. And this is the first picture as a second layer for visibility. This is not the full effect that I'm looking for. My partial success as I said yesterday is when I remove the Alpha Channel completely, but it becomes transperant. And you can realize it when you make the taskbar in "Use small icons" option. But that puzzled me out is that this works only in my x64 bit Windows. I tested it in my x86 on my laptop and there was also this second flag even with the Alpha Channel complete remove. It is a little bit complicated to be explained, but I think you get the basic idea. I'm looking for a solution to be dense with the Alpha Channel and to be stretched and gathered without having any images under.
