Customize pinned apps

Hello together,

I wanna add the function of "tasks" to my pinned apps in the start menü. Is it possible to customize that? There are only a few of my apps (e.g. the short note editor in windows), that offer this option and I asked myself if its a question of configuring the icon...

So far as I am aware the Jumplists are created by the program and can't be configured except to suppress the recently used items and to pin your own favourites.
