Customized Recovery Partition Image

Hi

My purpose is to create the image of the customized recovery partition, I mean i need all settings and user applications (not the factory) and then want to deploy on machines using F11.
Can someone let me know if its possible? If yes, how i can do this for Windows 7 ?

I would just open backup and restore from control panel - click create system image, and see if you can do something with the available settings - help is there or just type something relevant in help if need be.

Image creation is not main concern right now, but how i can run it form BIOS, F11 function like factory recovery works.
