I just installed a game on my new computer, but when I went to play it, I got a message saying that the game failed to start because the d3drm.dll file is missing..
Now my question is, if I just go and download that dll file and put it in the folder with all the other dll files, will that solve the problem..

Welcome to Seven forums. Dowloading a .dll may get your something undesireable. Read Here for some help with this. Several good links within the article too.
Also run a SFC /scannow to see if it will fix the issue.
