Welcome to Sevenforums, hohiho

First, stop overclocking now and see if that fixes your BSOD issues.

You have a couple Drivers that are known to cause BSOD
nusb3hub.sys Thu Nov 18 20:34:24 2010 (4CE5D420)
NEC Electronics USB 3.0 Host Controller Driver (previous BSOD issues with 2010 and earlier versions)}Try OEM first - Drivers available at the following link require registration and a lot of research: Support/Design | Renesas Electronics

nusb3xhc.sys Thu Nov 18 20:34:25 2010 (4CE5D421)

Remove these drivers and see if that helps.

If the above does help and you wish to continue overclocking, make a thread in the forum in the link below.

If you're still having problems, lets continue
Code:

WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR (124)
A fatal hardware error has occurred. Parameter 1 identifies the type of error
source that reported the error. Parameter 2 holds the address of the
WHEA_ERROR_RECORD structure that describes the error conditon.
Arguments:
Arg1: 0000000000000000, Machine Check Exception
Arg2: fffffa8008062028, Address of the WHEA_ERROR_RECORD structure.
Arg3: 00000000b63c2000, High order 32-bits of the MCi_STATUS value.
Arg4: 00000000a7000135, Low order 32-bits of the MCi_STATUS value.

This typically points to CPU error of some sorts.

Digging deeper you could have an issue with your L1 cache

Make sure you remove any Motherboard utilities or software as well as any overclocking software for the time being.
Restore your BIOS to the default settings
Try testing your hardware
