Windows 7 pro 32-bit
Dell t3400 32-bit
internet explorer 11

I am unable to add Toolbars to Internet explorer. Consequentially I can't
get to the help screen for help.
Can someone tell me why?

Which toolbars are you unable to add ?
Are there any error messages when you try ?
Please take a screen shot of the page that opens when you open ie11,

Thank you for responding ThrashZone.
I have attached the image of Dailyoverlook you requested.

The toolbars that are missing are: Menu, Favorites and Command.
This was sent from my computer and not the one with the problem.

Thanks for the update,
What happens if you use the Alt key which should force the Menubar to appear ?
The only time it might not happen is if stuck in full screen mode which the F11 key will undo that,
If you have a camera take a picture of it and upload it here for a better idea of what does show on the computer with the issue,

Thank you very much ThrashZone.
The Alt key did the trick. I now have File..... Favorites etc.
We were running dailyoverlook in full screen and that caused some of the problem
