Daisy chain from wireless router to another ?

I have a BT HH downstairs but all my computer bits are upstairs, 99% of the time I use the laptop and it's wireless connection. I also hook the Xbox 360 up into the laptop with a cable and use the bridge feature so I can get online with the 360 (and avoid having to buy the extra hardware).
However, I also have a 2nd computer up here, it doesn't have a wireless card in there but I'm all for re-using old parts if I can make use of it. I have a 2nd router here, a wireless netgear one that came with my old Virgin set up.
I was just thinking is it possible to hook the PC into the netgear, then the netgear into the laptop and use it's wireless connection like I do with the 360 ?
Or could the netgear connect directly to the BT HH via it's own wireless magic ?

Yep I'll obviously flick through google as well, just thought it was worth asking.
Thinking about it another way...
I could just hook another network cable into the laptop and use the same kind of bridging function I think.

I also didn't realise that you can get USB wireless adaptors soo cheaply, so that may also suffice thinking about it.

And just another thing I thought of.
I could hook both up to the netgear, which will be handy as it'll give me a network between the two, then I *think* I can grant internet access to the other PC.

My interest is that my DW has a Literati wireless reader, and our machine is wired.
I need to get a something like a USB adapter, and I think I may have to get a card for the machine also for all that to work.

I have my SatelliteTV, DVD recorder, and Main TV daisy chained, you just have to watch the inputs and outputs.
Check the Extra Conditions and Potential Issues in that second link I offered.
