Damaged Hard Drive? No operating system nor HD can be found

My computer crashed, I put in my recovery CD and it said
"Operating system: Unknown on (Unknown) Local Disk"

Then i went into the command prompt and put "diskpart", then "list disk", and it shows up like this:

DISKPART> list disk

DISK ### Status Size Free Dyn Gpt
--------- -------- ------ ----- --- ---
Disk 0 .. No Media 0 B 0 B

Will I have to get a new hard drive? Should I put "select disk 0" and then "clean"?

Use these to confirm the death of your Drive before replacing. Sometimes it just needs a through wiping from another PC.

I don't have another computer, nor do I have acess to one

Do you have an Installation disk to install Windows 7? You can wipe the hard drive with the windows 7 DVD, but first I would disconnect all other drives except the one you want to install Windows on. It may also be helpful if tou would follow this suggestion

Okay thanks! How do I see my system specs, can I see them on BIOS? I can't acess my computer past Repair recovery window
