Data D drive full. Can I clear anything from it?

This may be a ridiculous question to ask, but my D drive is full and the alerts that flash up are driving me crazy! I don't use D: to store files manually, but am unsure which of the files that are currently on there are needed. I read a couple of threads from here but was hoping to get some advice too. One of the threads asked for a snip of the DiskManagement display so I have done that in case it helps!

Can you move them to another drive?

I'm not sure what any of the files are or do, so am concerned about moving them in case I break something (which is a regular occurrence!)
