Mine is not Windows Loader

No error messages specifically.
The thing is that all the above methods have been described for Windows Boot loader. But in my system, the GNU Grub loader loads the OSs. If anyone of you could offer some real help,i would be really thankful.

Sorry!

@marsminar The line you highlightened was not meant to hurt anyone. Still, accept my apology if u found it disrespectful.

Regarding the problem,I think the steps described on the page you linked will solve my problem but i m afraid i do not have a System Repair CD, so i can't go forward with the steps.
Looks like i will have to continue using the grub loader and keep selecting win 7 when the system boots up. :(

[ A small query: Do those steps mean i will have to format my system to restore the windows loader? ]

As long as you can boot into Windows 7 you can create a System Repair Disc at any time. (In the alternative, you could also use a Windows 7 installation disc to boot into the system recovery options.)

http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/2083-system-repair-disc-create.html

The steps will not format the hard drive. They will restore the Windows 7 boot manager to the active partition.

Why don't you have a system repair DVD? Most all system come with a utility to create a system repair DVD and or using that same utility to create an ISO of the Windows OS that came preinstalled on your system. Why didn't you use that, if one was included with your system. to make such a disc or ISO before you started fooling with installing other operating systems?
And or have someway to reinstall the Original OS if problems came up before you started mucking around with other OSs.
Sorry just my honest opinion. Seems totally foolish to me.

Good Luck.
