Default screensaver issue

Hi Everyone

I am trying to create default screensaver settings for new users.

I have loaded the hive "C:\Users\Default\NTUSER.DAT" into Regedit and have added the following four values to the key "HKU\TempHive\Control Panel\Desktop":

ScreenSaveActive = "1"
ScreenSaverIsSecure = "1"
ScreenSaveTimeOut = "300"
SCRNSAVE.EXE = "C:\Windows\system32\Mystify.scr"

However, when I create a new user, the last of the above four values fails to appear in, or gets deleted from the resulting registry entries in HKCU for the new user. Does anyone know why? How can I fix this issue?
