Hi so today i for fun looked on a way to set the gpu fan speed to 100% so i could see just how much noise the gpu gave out, I downloaded MSI afterburner and i managed to set some fan speeds, I got a little interested in the core clock so i got on the internet and looked up some overclocking, well, they wasnt too much of a help so i just increased the core clock from 600mhz to 700mhz, Ran the kombustion and sat up a fan template, the card was very very much faster with thoose few 100mhz, The temps was stable at around 75°C, but i thought that was a bit weird, the internet guy only got it up to 50-60°C with a much higher overclock.. i shut the computer down, carefully removed the gpu and cleaned it off from dust, while doing this i recognised that the cooler wasnt sitting solid on the card, it kinda wiggeled a little bit, i pluged in the card again started msi afterburner and the card increased in heat very very fast i quickly shut down the stress test and set the core clock to default, same thing happened, i opened the case while the computer was running, checked the heatsink and it moved a tiny bit, but there my temps got lower and the time to get up to 75°C took ages instead of seconds, i poked back the heatsink a little and the temps flew up to 80°C very fast and i then poked back the heatsink and the temps increased slowly... What do i do? Is the warranty voided becouse i overclocked but becouse of that saw that the heatsink was defective?

- I hope hanging up your harddrives in rubber-bands for noise reasons isn't too harmful for the drives :S, but eh, rather silence than lasting drives.. :|
