Well, it happens a lot in my games. The ping is completely fine but I get weird delays throughout the whole gamespan. The thing is, I can still see everything around me moving correctly; creeps/towers/heroes losing hp as well. There ist just a huge delay when I click somewhere - the hero "responds" like 2-5 (depends) seconds too late. The ping usually peaks at 100 ms at worst (usually around 60 though).
But I noticed that something changes when those delays appear (I have the ping shown througout the game). Just look at the screenshot I posted above, I'm talking about the numbers that I marked with red - the highlighted numbers usually get way higher than normal (the whole second row basically).

It says "in: 623 , 27.72 k/s , lerp: 66.7 ms" (when I have the delay it's higher)

Can anyone tell me what those numbers show? Can I fix the delays I have?

I think it started when I updated the WLAN driver, but I'm not so sure about that. I can't seem to make the newest driver work.

TP-LINK Wireless USB Adapter #4 it's called.

Thanks in advance.

Try using WTFast and see if that makes the difference. If your new to WTFast, here is a brief description about it:

WTFast is the Gamers Private Network (GPN), a global data network designed specifically for MMO Gamers and their game data. The WTFast GPN ensures you always have the optimal game connection - increasing your game speed, reducing your game disconnects, response deviation & lag.

Its safe to use with Steam and even other Online Games! Just try it and it wont let you down. Sadly you have to buy it but you do get a 30 day trial :D
