Right clik the V: partition in disk management...does it show an unmount option ? ? If so do that.
It looks more like a disk imaging app did this rather than a webpage creator...

BTW you are down to less than 10% Free space on your C: drive...time for some housekeeping.

about V:It's NOT listed in disk management... correct?
It's only listed in windows explorer and has exactly same size as C and also same used space. Delete or add some files to C. Does V change as well?

Also check registry HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\DOS Devices

So V is not visible anymore in windows explorer. In disk management I don't see it!! I see an unallocated space of 8MB. You want to add that space to E?

Extend any partition by adding space from "unallocated" using partiton wizard home (free)
Free download Magic Partition Manager Software, partition magic alternative, free partition magic, partition magic Windows 7 and server partition software - Partition Wizard Online

You can extend the partition (C or D or E) using Extend partition with partition magic software ? MiniTool Partition Wizard.
