DELL Bluetooth connectivity issues

My laptop, DELL Latitude E5430 has bluetooth driver installed but it crashes every time I open Bluetooth, when I open Bluetooth, I have to remove the paired device and reconnect it and sometimes it works. Now it doesn't so when doing that it doesn't connect or it connects but no audio plays or it sounds distorted only when you push buttons on my headset. So I uninstalled the entire driver and reinstalled it, and that doesn't work either, Other issues I have encountered is "BTHWUI" has stopped working, I laughed out loud, when I saw that because that never happens. I know Windows 7 is out of support but can someone please help me? I have a computer running Windows XP that can "connect to my headset with no issues"!
